JCon

JCon Bookkeeping AgentSnap the receipt. Review only what needs review.

Employees upload receipt photos; AI reads merchant, business number, amounts and approval number, then drafts the journal entry. Only items that hit company policy go to bookkeeping and the CEO.

JCon Bookkeeping Agent — Upload a receipt; AI reads it and auto-processes if no policy is hit
  1. 01

    Employees just snap and submit

Employees upload a photo and a one-line purpose. AI reads merchant, business number, date, amounts, VAT and approval number.

  2. 02

    Rules re-check what AI read

Two checks are recalculated: the business-number check digit and supply + VAT = total. If they fail, a person reviews it. Some misreads pass these checks, so the inbox shows the original photo for comparison.

  3. 03

    People see only the exceptions

Duplicate receipts, personal-use categories, weekend/holiday/late-night spending and missing proof go to the inbox and Telegram.

Real screens · staged demo

Demo videos by scenario

Real product screens recording a staged demo scenario, using Korean receipt photos from a public dataset (HumynLabs Korean Receipts Dataset, CC-BY-4.0). In the videos the photos are blurred and merchant names, business and approval numbers are masked. The company and employees are fictional. In the tax-invoice and VAT videos, partners and amounts are made up for the fictional company and business numbers are masked. Only the AI reading wait is sped up — the real time is shown in the captions. The interface and captions are in Korean.

How it works

From demo to connection in three steps

  1. 1

    Review your policy

Per-item limits, restricted categories, working-day calendar and chart of accounts go into the rules.

  2. 2

    Demo on your receipts

A few of your real receipts show what is auto-processed and what goes to review.

  3. 3

    Connect by upload file

We never write into your accounting software. Closed entries come as an upload file; your staff uploads it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What if the AI misreads an amount?

Rules re-check what was read. If the check digit or supply + VAT = total fails, it goes to bookkeeping as a reading issue, with the original photo alongside.

Do receipt photos leave the company?

In the demo, the AI that reads photos (text recognition and field extraction) ran on the local PC. Telegram approval messages, however, carry payment date, merchant, category, purpose, amount, submitter, review reasons and the proposed account (not business numbers) and pass through Telegram’s servers. We agree with you which data goes where before deployment.

Does it remember corrected accounts?

Yes. Approved merchant-account pairs are remembered and filled in next time. Policy flags such as weekend, holiday or personal use are still reviewed by a person.

Does it handle tax invoices and purchase orders?

Tax invoices are not photos: the list files downloaded from Hometax (Excel) are uploaded as they are and checked by rules. The videos show purchase and sales entries and a draft quarterly VAT summary. Demo transactions are fictional; the VAT summary is a draft before tax-accountant review, and filing is done by the client or its tax agent. PO–receipt–invoice three-way matching uses the same approval flow and has been tested only with sample data.

Where do the receipts in the video come from?

Korean receipt photos from the public HumynLabs Korean Receipts Dataset (CC-BY-4.0), which per its description mixes field-collected, simulated and crowdsourced images. In the videos the photos are blurred and names and numbers masked. The company, employees and purposes are fictional.

Is JCon affiliated with Douzone?

No. Douzone is a trademark of its owner, and JCon is not affiliated with Douzone.
